The Creative Team

Matt Browning, CEO

Matt turned his Carnegie-Mellon University studies in art and computer science into an impressive career of animating and programming interactive content. His work for Microsoft’s Encarta Encyclopedia and the Africana Encyclopedia of Black History twice earned him Communication Arts Magazine Interactive Design Annual awards, and his innovative development of an Internet-driven haptic arm-wrestling device generated significant international media attention. His fascination with augmented reality drove him to perfect an approach that has made the firm an innovator in this burgeoning technology.

Simeon Rice

Simeon has honed his expertise over more than a decade as an interactive developer and 3D programmer on wide-ranging projects for such high-profile companies as BBC, Lego, Motorola, Unisys, and Virgin Atlantic. His advanced knowledge of animation attracted the attention of Macromedia, where he serves as a consultant on future developments. He has a passion for creating exciting, user-friendly applications with a keen eye for detail and clarity.

Luis Orozco

Luis is a software engineer who has helped multiple high-end creative agencies and startups turn their concepts and ideas into reality for over 15 years. His passion for creating with code and experimenting with new technologies, as well as his experience in illustration, have been applied in a wide variety of industries, from e-commerce and mobile applications to interactive games and VR experiences.

Mike Gartner

Mike has spent over 15 years developing and programming multimedia for a multitude of clients’ exhibits worldwide. His blend of technical expertise – he’s a Drexel engineering alumnus – and creativity has produced talking kangaroos, interactive games, and an array of augmented reality experiences.

Geoff Beatty

After receiving his undergraduate degree in animation from the University of the Arts, Geoff worked for the MIT Media Lab creating animation for research into artificial intelligence and robotics. Since then, he has worked on a wide variety of projects including augmented reality exhibits, character-based narratives, and medical visualizations for clients as diverse as Google, Target, Hermès, Hasbro, Novartis, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

He was the founder and coordinator of Jefferson (formerly Philadelphia) University’s Animation program, as well as the inaugural faculty for Moore College of Art & Design’s Interactive and Motion Arts program. He is now Senior Lecturer at the University of the Arts. As an Autodesk Certified Trainer, he has led professional Maya workshops for corporate, government, and higher education clients such as the Apple, Inc. Design Group and the Art Institutes.

Lindsey Butler

Lindsey has produced motion graphics and 3D animation for such diverse clients as F.A. Davis, Universal Display Corporation, and the American Anti-Vivisection Society. She graduated from Philadelphia (Jefferson) University with a degree in Digital Design. Her studies in drawing, photography, and illustration give her an unusual and integrated perspective on client projects.

Richard Skaare

Richard has had a long career split into consulting with Fortune 500 companies on strategic issues and directing branding and messaging programs for global corporations. He was an early adopter of web technologies, which he has translated into corporate and marketing websites, learning portals, and interactive exhibits. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Communication, and has broad and deep background in a range of businesses.
